Payment is by direct bank transfer in USD. Payment details are confirmed with your quotation. EUR and GBP prices shown on the website are indicative conversions only; all payments are made in USD.

If the product or specification you need is not listed, send us your requirements. We will review whether we can manufacture and supply it, and confirm feasibility, quantity and commercial conditions before offering a quotation.

Fairalloy carries out precious metals processing and manufacturing, including the manufacture of GPC using exclusively Fairmined-certified gold. The quotation confirms the product specifications and applicable origin, processing and traceability documentation. Fairmined claims must remain within the scope of the documented metal supply chain.

Before an order is confirmed, our team checks the applicable metal price, quantity, product availability, delivery coverage and insurance. Published prices and their reference dates help you assess your requirements; the quotation confirms the price and conditions applicable to your order.

The gold calculation combines the international reference converted to USD per gram, the Fairmined fee and the commercial premium applicable to the quantity ordered. The Fairmined Gold page explains the calculation, its components and the approved price tiers, and shows the published prices. Market references alone are not selling prices.

The silver calculation converts the international reference to USD per gram and applies the commercial premium for the quantity ordered. Segregated production, collection and small-batch refining contribute to its proportionally higher premium. See the Fairmined Silver page for the calculation, tiers and published prices. The fixed Fairmined fee described for gold is not added to the silver formula.

Fairmined Gold has a minimum order quantity of 180 g. The initial price tier applies from 180 g to less than 300 g; the preferential tier applies from 300 g.

Fairmined Silver has a minimum order quantity of 1,000 g. The initial tier applies from 1,000 g to less than 3,000 g; the preferential tier applies from 3,000 g. No prices are offered below these minimum quantities. The home page shows preferential prices only. GPC pricing and order quantities are confirmed by quotation.

The Fairmined Premium is an additional payment to the certified mining organization, separate from the metal price. Its use supports improvements such as working conditions, environmental management, productivity and community development. It is distinct from ARM's fee and Fairalloy's commercial premium. ARM's licensed-brand guidance explains the producer premium and the roles of the buyers who pay it.

Our gold and silver pricing explanations use the 15:00 London quotation, converting the USD-per-troy-ounce reference to grams using 31.1035. Supporting records depend on the product and transaction. For segregated Fairmined metal, traceability relies on records of origin, purchases, material movements, processing and sales, together with quantity controls. Tell us which documents you require when requesting a quote so we can confirm the records applicable to your order.

Gold Potassium Cyanide, also known as Potassium Gold Cyanide or Potassium Dicyanoaurate(I), is a soluble gold compound used in professional electroplating. Fairalloy manufactures its GPC using Fairmined-certified gold. See the GPC product page and request a quote for specifications, price, order quantity and delivery conditions. GPC has no public price.

For gold and silver, our standard method is door-to-door delivery via FedEx to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Singapore and India. Service and insurance are checked for each order and exact delivery address. Other destinations are assessed individually, according to available transport and insurance options.

These gold and silver conditions do not establish delivery availability for GPC; its conditions must be confirmed separately in a quotation.

Shipping and insurance costs are confirmed in your quotation after the destination and shipment value have been checked. Destination duties, taxes and customs charges may apply and are the buyer's responsibility. Confirm the applicable charges for your destination before ordering; no general duty-free or tax-free treatment is assumed.

We need the exact delivery address, including the postal code, to verify service availability, insurance coverage and shipping costs. The maximum insurable value per shipment may vary by destination. For an order above that limit, we can assess alternative logistics, including specialized valuables transport. Coverage and transport conditions must be confirmed for the particular order.

GPC shipping must be assessed separately. Tell us the required quantity, specifications and full destination when requesting a quote. We will confirm the applicable transport, documentation, insurance and delivery conditions; the standard gold and silver shipping arrangements should not be assumed to apply.

Fairmined is an assurance label created by the Alliance for Responsible Mining (ARM) for metal from certified artisanal and small-scale mining organizations. Its standard addresses responsible mining practices and traceability. Certification of a mining organization and the authorization or licensing of downstream businesses have different roles; a claim about a finished product must also follow the applicable sourcing and labeling requirements.

Yes. Fairmined gold is gold; the label concerns its documented origin and the conditions under which it is mined and traded, rather than a different chemical element. Fairmined status does not replace the purity or technical specification required for your application. Physical traceability through a finished product depends on the sourcing model and the controls maintained along that chain.

Work with ARM to become a Fairmined licensee and meet the applicable sourcing, production, reporting and brand-use requirements. Buying certified metal alone does not authorize a Fairmined claim on finished jewelry. Start with ARM's licensed-brand guidance and confirm your proposed products and claims with ARM.

ARM states that its fee depends on the company's category. Licensees must meet the applicable reporting and assurance requirements, which can include audits or self-assessments. Requirements depend on the sourcing model, role and risk assessment. Before joining, contact ARM for the current fees, purchase thresholds, audit arrangements and timing applicable to your business.

Follow the purchase confirmations and transaction reporting required for your role in Fairmined Connect. Keep supporting metal, production and sales records so quantities and permitted claims can be checked. Do not assume that confirming a purchase replaces all other record-keeping obligations. See the Fairmined supply-chain and assurance guidance or ask ARM which reports apply to your business.

Licensing connects your business to the Fairmined assurance system and establishes the requirements for your sourcing model and claims. Identified supply-chain actors, transaction records and quantity controls help substantiate what you tell customers. A traceability claim about a specific jewelry piece also requires the appropriate physical controls; licensing alone does not establish the origin of every piece you make.

Tell us your intended use and licensing status before ordering so we can confirm the appropriate supply and documentation. Purchasing metal does not itself grant permission to use the Fairmined name or mark to promote your finished products. contact ARM to confirm whether your activity requires licensing and which claims, if any, are permitted.

ARM's licensed-brand guidance describes the process: contact its team, review the guidance, choose a supplier and sourcing model, and sign the applicable agreement. ARM is the independent nonprofit organization that created and manages the Fairmined system. A supply quotation from Fairalloy does not grant a Fairmined license or approval to use its mark. Licensing and brand-use questions must be handled with ARM.

The Fairmined component is included in the price we quote for the applicable metal; you do not make a separate producer-premium payment through this website. The gold pricing explanation distinguishes the Fairmined fee from our commercial premium. Any fees due under your own ARM licensing arrangements are separate and must be confirmed with ARM.

A Fairmined Labeled product must satisfy the applicable metal-composition and sourcing requirements. Do not assume that a mixture containing some Fairmined metal qualifies. Confirm the rules for the precious metal, components, solder and any permitted exceptions with ARM under the Fairmined Standard and current brand guidance before labeling a piece. For your specific design, contact ARM.

You must not describe a particular piece as Fairmined merely because some Fairmined metal entered your production. Fairmined Labeled requires physical traceability and compliant production. Fairmined Incorporated allows a different approach to sourcing and corporate-level claims, but does not establish that a particular piece contains physically traceable Fairmined metal or authorize its product label. Confirm the suitable model and exact wording with ARM through ARM's licensed-brand guidance.

Segregation keeps Fairmined metal physically separate from other metal during handling, storage and production, supported by identification, processing records and quantity controls. These controls are essential to preserving physical traceability for Fairmined Labeled products, including through refining or manufacturing.

If your operation cannot maintain that separation, ask ARM whether Fairmined Incorporated is appropriate. Its corporate-level sourcing claims must not be presented as proof of the physical origin of a specific finished piece.
